Top class, Adrian was a fantastic host. The lodge was beautiful and the setting spectacular

Our stay at Mullans Bay was everything we hoped for and more. It’s such a wonderfully family-friendly place, with so much to keep little ones entertained while still offering plenty of opportunities for parents to relax. One of our favourite touches was the beautiful book about the Mullans Bay fairies. Reading it together every evening became a lovely family tradition during our stay, and it made exploring the fairy trail even more magical for the children. The play park was also fantastic—safe, well maintained, and a real highlight that kept the kids happily occupied. As parents, we especially appreciated the evenings. Soaking in the hot tub while watching the clouds drift overhead and the swallows swoop gracefully through the evening sky was incredibly relaxing. The whole setting has such a peaceful, atmospheric quality, and at times it almost felt monastic in its tranquillity. It’s the perfect balance of fun for families and a true escape for adults. We left feeling refreshed, with wonderful memories and already looking forward to returning. Highly recommended for families looking for somewhere special.

Adored my stay in one of the platinum lodges. Magic views and a beautifully laid out lodge which was exceptionally clean. Welcomed by warm wheaten bread and a quick demo on how to use the hot tub. Highly recommend a stay here.

Excellent property, Adrian super helpful and flexible with an earlier check in time. 2 mins to the wedding venue.

Amazing peaceful location with stunning views. Warm, modern lodge with everything you need. And hot tub just topped it off and really made our short break.

Would recommend making check in and check out times clear on website and reservation.

The lodges are finished to 5 star standard they provide a qealth of space for our little one to run about and enjoy and we had total privacy. The hot tub was beautiful and private we stunning views at night of the stars. This was our first time staying but ansolutely wont be our last. Adrian is an outstanding host and we had the most relaxing mini break.

The property is well designed for parties of friends with a very social combined kitchen and living space. The outside space is well thought out and lovely for a walk around the estate

We stayed at the property for new year , we had the most relaxing time it was absolutely beautiful, and nothing was a bother for Aidrain, the views the walks and expecially the train ride for the kids , it's definitely worth a visit thanks so much

An absolutely stunning location. The view from the lodge over to Lusty Beg island is incredible and a walk around the grounds is a great way to relax and reconnect with nature. We also enjoyed the more adrenaline-filled zip wire and swings! Boa Island is a fantastic base to explore Fermanagh and Donegal from. There is so much to see and explore in this beautiful area. The lodge is very comfortable, extremely well-equipped and maintained. We’ve visited Mullan's Bay three times over a number of years and have always found the accommodation to be immaculate. The communication from Adrian is always great and we love the welcome gift of home-baked wheaten bread.
